1 bowl Green mung Dal washed and cooked

1 tomato

1 tsp jeera/ cumin

Pinch of asefoteda

7 gm ghee

Salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder

Method

Step 1

Put ghee in pan

Step 2

Put jeera and asefoteda let it sputter

Step 3

Put chopped tomato

Step 4

Put salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder

Step 5

After tomatoes loose water put cooked Dal in it.. Garnish with coriander leaves
