Mixed fruits of your choice :200gms( i have used melons and grapes)
Skimmed milk: 150ml
Stevia as per taste
Agar agar: 2tsp
Lime juice :1tsp
Vanilla essence:1tsp(optional)
Steps: . Take mixed fruits of your choice diced in a bowl(i have used ceramic bowl)(you can use glass bowl) . Add lime juice and mix well and keep it aside . Heat pan add stevia and agar and saute well . Add milk slowly step by step and keep stirring and bring it to boil , add vanilla essence and stirr well for another minutes and the boiled milk should look thick enough . Pour it into fruit bowl covering all the fruits placed in a bowl , make sure all the fruits are covers on top . Refrigerate it for to . hours . Take out from refrigerator , use toothpick to seperate it from bowl on sides just by inserting tooth picks on sides and put the bowl upside down , it will come out easily and slice it and serve . You can add some Honey on top if within macros
