Put gm of ghee on a pan. Add chopped onions n sauté for min and don’t cook it completely. Add red chilly, coriander powder and salt - Masala onion Now in one bowl crush egg whites and mix onion masala and bit of lemon juice. Finally on chapati add above mixture,add gms of ghee on it and bit of coriander leaves on it.
