Egg:- 6 pieces

Cheese:- 50gm

Salt :- as per taste

Black pepper :- as per taste

Bell Peppers:- yellow/green/red a small bowl

Onion :- two tbsp

Butter : for brushing muffins tray

Herbs :Optional

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to degrees

Step 2

In a large bowl ,whisk together eggs,onions,bell peppers,cheese,season with salt ,pepper to taste

Step 3

Grease the muffin tray with butter and add egg mixture halfway up into each tin and grate rest cheese above it..

Step 4

Bake for mins at degree

Step 5

Serve or store in a airtight container in the refrigerator up to days and reheat when ready to serve

Step 6
