Pomphret 400 grams

Bread crumbs 30 grams
Oil for shallow fry 1 tablespoon
Salt Pepper Red Chilli powder Sambhar masala
Lime /lemon juice 1 tsp
Wash fish properly and put slits in centre
Marinade the fish with red chilli powder , sambhar masal , salt and lime juice
In a bowl break and beat one egg properly
Take a wide plate and add half of the crumbs
Now heat a pan and add oil to it
Dip each fish in the egg and coat well with crumbs Both sides
Now shallow fry the fish both sides on medium to high flame ( minutes both sides )
Serve with greens and sides of your choice
