Ingredients

Rolled oats- 250 gm

Raisins- 40 gm

Dates-126 gm

honey-25 gm

chocolate whey scoop-3

chocolate peanut butter-50 gm

milk- 100 ml

chocolate syrup( optional)- 100 ml

Method

Step 1

Roast the oats on low flame or microwave(.- mins) till becomes little brown

Step 2

Add dates( seedless and cut into small pieces) with raisins to oats and mix well

Step 3

add peanut butter and whey protein powder and honey to the mixture , now add milk to the mixture mix well till consistency enough for binding them together.

Step 4

now spread the mixture over dish and cut into small pieces, dressing done with chocolate syrup( optional)

Step 5

allow it to cool in refrigerator nd ready to serve, I made small pieces from the Mix and small piece is . cals.
