Ingredients

Chicken Thigh boneless 200 gm

Atta 100 gm

turmeric powder,corainder powder,kashmiri chilli powder,garam masala

Ghee 8 gm

Onion 1 medium

Curd 100 gms

Method

Step 1

Add ghee to a pan followed by finely sliced onions and saute until golden brown

Step 2

Add Ginger garlic paste and cook for mins

Step 3

Add chicken and cook for - mins

Step 4

Add salt,turmeric powder,corainder powder,kashmiri chilli powder

Step 5

Add green chillis (sliced) and saute until chicken is almost done

Step 6

Add curd ,garam masala and cook for mins and keep stirring at high flame for mins. cover the pan and cook further for mins on low flame

Step 7

garnish with Coriander and serve with chapati!
