Chicken breast 150 grams skinless and boneless
Colourful assorted vegetables
5 grams of olive oil
Spinach 100 grams
Tomato 50 grams , chilli and ginger half an inch
Salt and pepper
Heat a cast iron pan or non stick pan , add oil
Now marinade chicken and veggies with salt and red chilli powder and lime juice
Add it to the pan and cook minutes each side ( total minutes)
Meanwhile boil spinach, and tomato in water with some salt sprinkled for minutes on medium flame
Take out and cool down , then make purée
Boil the purée with a teaspoon of grams masala and / cup of water
Now plate everything together with the amount of rice as per your diet chart
