Ingredients

Chicken 100 gms

Handful Coriander leaves

Handful pudina leaves

Ginger and garlic paste

Garlic cloves 8

Halad

8gm cooking oil

2 onion

Garam masala

Cumin seeds

Method

Step 1

In cooker add Gms of oil,onion, halad, ginger garlic paste spoon , salt and sauté till onion turn brown.

Step 2

Add chicken in cooker and saute it well for min

Step 3

Only cooker whistles

Step 4

Now for gravy - In one pan pour gms of oil and add garlic cloves, shredded dry coconut, - green chillies and sauté for min. Add this in this grinder with handful of coriander and pudina leaves n grate it . Gravy is ready.

Step 5

Take a pan - Add gms of oil, cumin seeds, chopped onion and sauté till onion turn brown. Then add gravy prepared in previous step. And half cup of water and half spoon of garam masala n let it cook nicely.

Step 6

Now finally add chicken cooked in cooker in Pan. Let it cook for min on lower flame
