Chicken boiled and shredded - 30gms
Onion - 15gms
Potato -20gms
Cheese -25gms
butter -1tsp
salt, pepper and chilli flakes - APT
Beat the eggs well with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and keep aside.
Next pour butter into nonstick pan saute shredded potato and onion cubes well.
Once the onions are little caramelized pour the beaten egg on top close and cook till /th done.
Next put the shredded chicken, grate cheese on top and garnish with chilli flakes and olives and cook for few seconds. (optional)
Make sure to use a little smaller pan to get thick size of omlette, which can be cut into pizza shape size once cooled down
U can also replace chicken with boiled sausages
