Pizza pasta sauce 1/2 tsp
Wheat flour 20g
Knead a dough of wheat flour and powdered chunks
Roll a roti and spread pizza pasta sauce,sprinkle some cheese and arrange bell pepper over it .Sprinkle some salt,herbs,chilli flakes and rest of the cheese.
Fold the roti to make square pocket or u can even seal it as momo
If sealing as momo then bake or air fry Today I folded as square and cooked on hot tawa
It will take hardly mint to get ready!
