Dosa mix 20 gm

small onion

chilli

coriander leaves

4 gm coconut oil /butter

1 Amul cheese cube

Curd 20 gm

Method

Step 1

Mix curd with dosa mix and keep aside for min than add onion green chilli and coriander leaves, pour the batter on pre heated tawa , after two min add grated cheese and let it cook for min, can add red chilli powder as per taste
