3 Cups cantaloupe ( muskmelon) cubed
2-3 tbsp sugar
1/2cup milk ( I used fat free milk )
Peel the cantaloupe.
Slice into two.
Remove the seeds using a spoon.
Seeds removed.
Dice into cubes.
Take cantaloupe, sugar ,milk in a blender.
Blend well. Serve immediately or chill and serve.
