Soya chunks 40 gm
Pasta 140 gm
Green chilli 1 piece
Spices - Salt, garlic powder or chopped garlic, black pepper powder, oregano, red chilli powder (optional)
Boil pasta for min, remove from hot water and keep aside. Turn off the flame and donot throw the hot water.
Add soya chunks in the same hot water.
Add butter in the pan. Once heated, add green chillies.
Add onion, tomato, broccoli and saute for min.
Add boiled pasta, boiled soya chunks and spices as per taste. Chopped garlic can also be used instead of garlic powder.
Saute for min.
Add cheese slices and cover & keep for min.
Serve hot the healthy yummy pasta.
