125gm Fresho dosa batter

2 eggs

50gms kidney beans

50gms onion

112gms potato

green chill

black pepper

salt

red chilli

mustard seeds

green tea

Method

Step 1

Boil kidney beans along with potato

Step 2

I have used fresho dosa batte Add few drops of oil to pan ,remove extra oil and can use tissue paper or slice of onion to rub the extra oil from pan ,can sprinkle few drops of water on pan and check if it is hot and ready,keep medium flame. take the batter in a bowl and pour the batter in the middle of pan, immediately begin to spread it in clockwise direction evenly in a circular way that's all, cook it well
