boil the bottle gourd for minutes .
now grind it with curd in mixer grinder .
take a bowl and add curd and bottle gourd paste .
now add rice and mix well leaves it for min .
after min add / cup water in it and mix well .
now add cumin powder ,salt and cream/ malayi .
take a pan in high flame and add butter now add curry leaves, cumin seeds, hing , red chilli, rai fry it ..
now now we will mix everything together.
it's ready.. serve it in lunch .
