Chicken breast :200gms
Salt as per taste
Crushed pepper corns : as per taste
Ghee : 1-2 gms
Pepparika as per taste
Lemon juice :1/4 tsp
Chopped mint leaves : for dressing
STEPS: . Wash chiken and soak all the water from it using tissue paper , make sure tissue paper doesnt stick to it . Using oil brush just brush little oil on both sides of chicken breast . Drizzle salt, crushed pepper corns and pepprika powder and coat nicely on both sides of chicken . Place it in air fryer pan . Bake at degrees for min . After ten mins flip the chicken breast side and bake for another ten mins at the same temperature and time . You chicken breast is ready . Slice chicken breast and squeeze some lemon juice on top and drizzle some chopped mint leaves and enjoy with chutney of your choice Note: use temperature for airfryer as per the brand you are using , need to know the temperature levels first
