Ingredients

Grated Gilki/ zucchini- 80g

Jowar aata- 40g

Spices- salt, coriander, green chilies, turmeric, red chilli, kasoori methi, hing, cumin & ajwain as per taste

Seeds- 10g

Oil/ghee as per macros

Method

Step 1

Wash and grate zucchini/gilki. Do not squeeze the water . Add spices and seeds as mentioned to jowar atta. Mix grated vegetable with the dough. Initially it will be dry. Leave aside for min, the vegetable will release moisture. . Adjust consistency with addition of required water. It should be of spreadable consistency. . Heat cast iron tava, spread lil oil and then spread the mixture with spoon. Sprinkle some oil/ghee . Cover and Cook on both sides till crispy . Serve hot with curd.
