1 tbsp of coriander, ginger, garlic paste

Method

Step 1

Combine the curd, water, salt, and garlic-ginger-coriander paste in the blender.

Step 2

Blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy.

Step 3

Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
