Rohu fish 100gm

Lime juice

Mixed herbs & spices

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Method

Step 1

Wash & Marinate fish with salt, vinegar, mixed spices (sesame seeds, dried rosemary, oregano, thyme, paprika) and keep it for mins.

Step 2

Preheat oven at degrees. Bake fish for mins. Garnish with basil leaves (optional).
