Tuna chunks in water - 100 gm
Lettuce
Mild Cheddar cheese - 25 gm or one slice
Mayonnaise and mustard (optional)
Bell peppers, sweet corn, jalapeños, oregano
Saute tuna lightly, i used my cast iron pan that doesn't need oil. However. Half a tbsp of oil is enough
Add chopped Bell peppers, jalapeños and sweet corn
Add garlic mayonnaise, mustard and oregano, lastly crumble up cheese and add. Mix everything well
Spread on lettuce leaves, roll up and crunch munch
