Ingredients

3 large bananas (over riped) whole wheat - 1 cup + half cup eggs. -2 milk -2 tbsp vanilla essence. - 1 tsp baking soda. -1 tsp oil. -3/4 cup sugar. -1/2 cup salt. - 5 pinches

Method

Step 1

mash bnanas and keep them aside step - sieve whole wheat and baking soda plus salt in a separate bowl step - in a bowl add oil and sugar and mashed bananas stir well and keep aside step - now whisk egg whites till foamy add egg yolks in this add vanilla essence and oil and sugar banana puree mixture in it step - slowly incorporate the dry mix form ribbon like consistency if required and - tbsp of milk bake at ° c for mins enjoy 🥳
