Ingredients

1. Soya Chunks

2. Milk

3. Cheese Cubes

4. Herbs & Flakes

5. Capsicum

6. Carrot

7. Corn

Method

Step 1

Soak Soya chunks in water for sometime

Step 2

Heat Milk in pan, add Black pepper(crushed/powder), oregano, mixed herbs, chilli flakes

Step 3

Add Grated cheese in the pan, and stir (low flame throughout)

Step 4

After -sec, add all the veggies (based on your preference but it tastes very good with capsicum, corn)

Step 5

Cover with lid and let it cook for another minute

Step 6

The above Macros is calculated on basis of Milk: ml, Cheese: gm, Soya: gm and based on veggies you adding it keeps you full for long time. Best served with Oats Dosa
