Boil pasta till they get cooked.
Saute garlic, onion, tofu and capsicum in gm oil.
Let the onion get red and capsicum cooked.
Add salt and red chillies powder.
Take the mixture out and keep it with boiled pasta.
Mix maida with milk and make a consistent white sauce.
Once you got consistent white sauce add the pasta and sauted onion, tofu and capsicum to the sauce.
Stir it for a while and once all the things get mix evenly.
Serve it hot with the seasonings.
