Pasta (wheat semolina) 40gms
1 cheese cube (25 gms)
Milk 50ml
Onion 30gms
Butter 5gms
Wheat flour 5gms
Salt, green chilli, capsicum, garlic , black pepper and oregano
Boil water , add some salt and pasta to it. Let the pasta cook for - minutes and become soft. Drain the water.
Now take a pan , add butter , saute green chilli, onions , capsicum , garlic. Add some salt and wheat flour. Let the flour cook for minute and then add milk to it. Add black pepper and oregano. Once the milk starts boiling add boiled pasta to it. Turn off the gas when the required consistency is reached.
Grate cheese on the pasta. Its ready to it!
