Pasta - 40 Grams
Veggies - Onion, capsicum, Brocolli and whatever you like
Cheese cube - 1
Black olives - 5 Grams
Olive oil - 5 Grams
Flour - 1 Tsp
Milk - 100 Grams
Spices - oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt
Boil pasta in a pan with pinch of salt.
In another pan saute the vegetables and keep it aside.
To make white sauce, roast flour in olive oil. Once it is roasted add milk and stir well so that no lumps are formed.
once the sauce is little bit thick, add oregano, chilli flakes, salt and black pepper in it.
Now add boiled pasta and sauted veggies, black olives and adjust the salt.
Add oregano and Chilli flakes as per your taste and add the grated cheese if your macro allows. Enjoy the goodness 😋
