Ingredients

Pasta: 60 gm Maida: 2 tbsp (you can use oats flour or wheat flour) Oregano, Chili Flakes, Black Pepper Powder, salt

Butter: 10 gm Milk: 150 ml Cheese slices: 2 Paneer: 30 gm

Garlic paste: ½ tsp Veggies: 1 small onion, 1 capsicum , 1 small carrot (chopped)

Method

Step 1

Boil the pasta in salty water. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Steam the chopped onion, capsicum, carrot, and paneer until tender.

Step 3

Heat butter in a pan over low-medium heat.

Step 4

Add garlic paste and then maida. Sauté.

Step 5

Add milk. Season with oregano, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt to taste.

Step 6

Add the cheese slices.

Step 7

Add the steamed veggies and paneer to the sauce. Mix well.

Step 8

Toss in the boiled pasta.Stir well. Enjoy.
