50gms Wheat pasta
1tsp olive oil
50gm cheese (2slice cheese)
Veggies-onion, green and red bell peppers, broccoli
50gms milk
Oregano, black pepper, salt, chili flakes
Water to cook pasta
In a cooker add gms pasta , add enough water, salt and cook till whistle. In a pan take tsp olive oil, add veggies and salt and sauté for - minutes. In other pan add broken cheese slice, add milk and cook on low flame. Bring it to boil and add oregano, chilli flakes and black pepper. Add white sauce to veggies , drain and add pasta, mix all and cook for another minutes and its done. Garnish with some parsley.
