Add salt in boiled water and then add pasta boil it for few minutes until pasta is half cooked. saute veges in gm of butter Now in a separate pan boil milk, add wheat flour and cheese, cook for - mins and then add veges. Cover the lid and cook until pasta is fully cooked. Serve it.
