Spinach 50 gram
Soak gram moong dal for about hours. Once its soaked, blend it with all the rest if the ingredients and required amount of water to make it like a thick dosa batter. Make dosa accordingly. U can also add finely chopped/grated vegetables(onion, capsicum, carrot etc) to the batter. I made thick ones out of this batter.
