100ml slim milk

5gms almonds

100gms apple

10gms Pitted dates

water as required

Method

Step 1

step - Cut apple into pieces and remove seeds from dates. step - In a jar, put all ingredients and blend it to make a fine smoothie. step - put finely chopped almonds as topping.
