wheat flour 50gm

raw whey protein 15 gm ( can increase as per your macros)

sweetener

cardamon powder

ghee (5gm) optional

Method

Step 1

mix wheat flour and whey protein

Step 2

add sweetener

Step 3

mix water and make semi liquid bater

Step 4

put batter on heated nonstick tawa. put ghee on sides and turn and cook from another side also.

Step 5

it's ready.
