one cup wheat flour
one scoop whey protein
one cup milk
jaggery
baking powder and soda
ghee
chocolate chips
cocoa powder
Mix dry ingredients first - wheat flour, whey protein, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and jaggery
add half cup ghee (as per your macros quantity)
mix it well and add milk
use whisk to make smooth batter
grease the mould with ghee or butter or use baking paper
pour the batter in mould and bake for mins in microwave and your cake is ready
