Whole Eggs 3
Milk toned cold 20ml
Banana extra ripe 100gm
Butter 5gm
Mash Banana in a bowl.
Add Eggs, Whey Protein, Milk, Baking powder (optional) and blend it to have a consistent batter.
Heat a Pan and apply butter(just a touch) with a brush. Make round pancakes of size of your choice using the batter. Close the lid of Pan and keep gas at very low flame. Let it cook from one side and turn the Pancakes. Cook from both sides.
Garnish pancake with your choices. (Not included in Calories)
