2 tbsp rolled oats 1 tbsp Wheat flour 1/2 scoop whey protein 1 tsp jaggery powder 1 tsp olive or mustard or coconut oil. For extra calories can add some nuts as per your choice
Make of batter by mixing all the ingredients, take a pan put some oil on it and spread the batter evenly. Cook for mins from one side and then flip the other side and it’s done.
