50gm oats 1 scoop whey protein (chocolate) 1 spoon peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

Step 1

boil ml of water along with half teaspoon of cinnamon powder . add gm oats to the same. . add tablespoon peanut butter for taste . let it cool down and add scoop of whey protein
