Whey (masala milk) 1scoop
Buffalo milk 75ml
Almonds 5gm
Boil milk and let it cooldown. . Add scoop whey to milk (ml) . Mix the paste well. Make sure there aren't any lumps. I added little bit coffee powder to this mixture,just to alter the taste. . Freeze the mixture for hrs. . Once the icecream is ready, scoop it out and garnish with chopped almonds(gm ).
