Coconut shredded-75gm

khoya(mawa) homemade-40gm

whey protein chocolate-20gm

Stevia-As per taste

pista-3gm (optional)

ghee -2-3drop

Method

Step 1

Take a pan add shredded coconut on low flame.

Step 2

After mints add khoya and stir it.

Step 3

Add whey protein chocolate and - mints stir

Step 4

when mixture become thick add stevia and pista

Step 5

take a plate greese with ghee.

Step 6

pour the mixture on plate and cut into small pieces

Step 7

cool the mixture on fridger.

Step 8

coconut barfi is ready to eat
