Ingredients

Mango whey -1 scoop

chia seeds -3gms

coconut milk -25ml

low fat milk -50ml

almonds -5gms

mango -130gms

Method

Step 1

Soak chia seeds in coconut milk and water for hours

Step 2

Blend rest of the ingredients with little water

Step 3

Now add the blender ingredients, soaked chia seeds and crushed almonds. Refrigerate for half hour before eating!!
