Whey one scoop (I have used vanilla whey)

Paneer 50 gm

Sweetener (optional)

Method

Step 1

In mixie jar add finely chopped mango pieces,one scoop whey and paneer pieces and grind it for around one minute ...the mixture will become smooth,fluffy paste

Step 2

Take it in a bowl add chopped mango pieces ...whey mango mousse is ready
