1. Half teaspoon coffee powder. 2. One scoop Whey protein. 3. warm water 4. Cinnamon powder.
Add one scoop of whey protein in ml of water at room temperature in a coffee mug. . Beat the whey protein in the cup till you see a smooth texture of the mixture, say seconds. . Heat water in another container for seconds and add coffee, so that you have a black coffee ready. . Now slowly add the black coffee int the whey protein batter that was previously prepared. . Add cardamom or cinnemon as per taste. Cheers Note : Don't use too hot water else you might see lumps of whey protein formed
