Whey - 1 scoop (30 g )Vanilla flavor
Water -1 cup (230 ml )
Powdered Sugar - for making thin caramel layer on top
Vanilla essence and sugar substitute if using raw whey
Mix whey and water nicely
Add it to beaten eggs
Mix and strain if you want
Pour in ramikens , cups equally
Arrange in a baking tray half filled with warm water
Bake at degrees for mins
Remove and spread / tsp powdered sugar on top Heat using baking torch Or melt it in a pan adding little water and few drops of honey to form caramel Please check video for demo by searching cream brûlée without torch on you tube
Cool till top gets firm. Break it with spoon and enjoyyyy!!
