120 grm banana
30 grm sooji
20 ml milk
2 grm butter
Baking soda
Baking powder
Cinnamon powder
Mix all the dry ingredients together , whey , sooji , half tea spoon cinnamon powder , quarter teaspoon baking soda and half teaspoon baking powder . You can add stevia also as per your taste.
In a separate bowl mash banana or blend it in a mixer to get smooth texture .
Mix mashed banana, milk and dry ingredients together to form a smooth paste . Add more milk if required.
Apply butter on a hot non stick pan , pour the paste on it and let it sit for - mins . Once it is done flip it and let it rest again for - mins.
Serve the pan cakes hot . You can top with anything you like , nuts , fruits , honey , PB etc , but do calculate there macros too .
