onion 1 coarsely grinded
ginger and garlic minced
green chilli 4
ghee 10 gm
salt as per taste
garam masala
mince the chicken with the help of food processor or mixer grinder
add all the above mentioned ingredients
keep it in rest for approx minutes
brush the non stick pan with ghee
make small patty and. roast till golden brown
serve hot with mayonise. not allowed in my diet so didn't had.
