Take a bowl , add wheat flour and some spices ( I used a bit of ginger garlic paste and pinch of garam masala) - Mix this well.
Add water and keep mixing till the batter consistency is watery.
Add salt per your taste and mix well.
Put a non stick pan on flame , keep flame on bit higher side.
Pour dosa batter once the pan is hot. ( Thinner you make it , faster it will be cooked )
Keep flame low till dosa is cooked from one side. ( mins approx on low flame )
Flip the dosa , repeat .
