Water 50ml
Take watermelon and deseed them. Then in a blender put the pieces and blend. Add scoop protein powder and very little of sweetener. Beland once again. Add the water and give a final blend.
Pour out in a glass and put it in a refrigerator. Once it’s nice and chilled take out and enjoy your protein shake.
