Step - Dry roast vermicelli for min and then keep aside Step - In a pan add tbsp oil ,after oil gets heated add jeera and chopped onion ,next add capsicum ,add soaked soya chunks as well and stir fry all the ingredients for another mins Step -then add dry masalas /mixed herbs as per your taste ,next add the roasted vermicelli...next add water and cover the lid for mins.
