paneer low fat - 100gm
beat root & spinach - 150gm
curd - 200gm
smash all veggies & paneer in a bowl
add soya & wheat flour in same
take some salt + jeera + ajwain & add water in that all mixure & make dough
it's ready to cook make chapati & roast it
take curd grind it add some jeera & boondi (little) or you can add onion & tamato instead of boondi
