2 Eggs 150 gm Vegetables Capsicum (red , yellow, green) Onion 50gm Tomato 50gm Coriander leaves 5gm Oil Pepper Powder Chilli Flakes Salt to taste
Pour oil in the pan and swirl it around.
Add onion tomato and salt as required
Now add all the chopped veggies and close the lid for a minute
Spread veggies over the pan and pour beaten egg over the veggies.
Add seasonings (pepper powder and chilli flakes) as required, then garnish with coriander leaves and close the lid allow to cook.
Now flip over the omlette and allow it to cook the other side too.
The yummy veggies omlette is now ready.
