200 ml water
50 grams capsicum
2 green chillies medium size
50 grams tomato
2 flakes garlic
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp black pepper
5 grams cumin seeds
salt as per taste
Take a pan add water and keep it on high flame for minutes
Add oats ,cumin seeds , green chillies , chopped capsicum and tomato
let it boil on high flame for minutes
keep on low flame to cook better
add turmeric , black pepper , salt
Tada ready to eat in less than minutes
P.S: Try adding lemon 🍋 juice or chat masala on top and relish in macros 😋
